Yes. We export across the EU and worldwide. We work with established freight partners who handle full-truck and groupage loads. Contact us with your destination and we will provide a freight estimate.
Within Bulgaria: 2–5 business days. EU countries: 5–12 business days depending on destination and freight type. Non-EU: we advise on a case-by-case basis. Timelines begin from payment confirmation.
Absolutely. You can send your own truck or courier to collect from our Plovdiv warehouse. Please coordinate collection timing with our team in advance.
Yes. All machines are prepared for safe road transport — secured on pallets, strapped and protected. We include loading supervision at our facility.
We accept bank transfer (IBAN). A proforma invoice is issued before payment. For larger orders we can discuss payment in instalments — contact us to arrange.
Yes. We typically require a 30–50% deposit to reserve the machine, with the balance due before dispatch. The exact terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Yes. We are VAT registered in Bulgaria. EU business buyers with a valid VAT number can receive a zero-rated invoice for intra-EU supply. Non-EU buyers receive standard export documentation.
Refurbished machines have been inspected, cleaned and tested — worn parts are replaced and the unit is confirmed operational before sale. Non-refurbished machines are sold as-is, typically for buyers who have their own technical team or want a lower entry price.
Yes. You are welcome to visit our Plovdiv warehouse to inspect machines in person. Contact us to arrange a viewing appointment. We can also provide additional photos and video on request.
Refurbished machines are sold with a functional guarantee confirmed at time of inspection. Specific warranty terms depend on the machine and are stated in the sale agreement. We also offer post-sale technical advice.

We prepare a commercial invoice, packing list and CMR waybill for EU road shipments. For non-EU exports we issue customs export declarations (EX1). Additional certificates (CE, conformity) can be provided where available.
We handle export customs on the Bulgarian side. Import clearance in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility. We can recommend freight forwarders who offer door-to-door service including import formalities.
